No, had endoscopy, not colonoscopyHi all
Was wondering if everyone had to have this procedure before surgery was scheduled.
But from what I've researched, that is common. Every surgeon has their own set of tests and also depends on what the insurance company requires.Thank you!
Thank you for letting me know. I haven't had one and don't want to but I don't know if I should address this now with MD. My appointment is July 17th. Or try to schedule before my appointment. I have Medicare not sure what they require. But thanks! But from what I've researched, that is common. Every surgeon has their own set of tests and also depends on what the insurance company requires.
I have medicare/ gateway(ruby). I had several tests and 6 months of weigh ins. The tests were endoscopy, mammogram, chest xray, sleep study, cardiac stress test, pulmonary, ekg, psycholgist, bloodwork, nutritionist, support group, pcp medical clearance, stool test. After everything was submitted i was approved in 6 days. But its my understanding that each surgeon has their own regimate of test. Good luck to you@Thank you for letting me know.
