3 months anniversary

Hello all today is my 3 months anniversary from my gastric bypass surgery. I saw my doctor and all my blood test was good. No vitamin deficiencies, my A1C was at 5.7 diabetes medicine free! Also, since my surgery I have lost 44 pounds and 102 pounds total since I started the process back in July 2019. I’m at 250 pounds today!! I still have a long way for my goal weight but slowly and steady win the race.

Congratulations! That is so awesome! Doesn't it feel great to have an A1C in the non-diabetic range!!! You are doing a great job. Keep it up!

Man - I am one month out from RNY and cannot wait for the day I am off high blood pressure meds and can see my A1C lower down into normal range !!!
