3 years & 3 months post surgery

Hi all! First time reaching out for support since surgery. I am 40+ married for 21 years with 3 children. It’s been 3 years and 3 months since my surgery and I do not have any regrets. (Down 117 pounds) I would do it again.....just sooner . Right now I am struggling a little because I am yoyoing a bit lately and it’s hard to get my mind right to stop allowing bad food habits to creep back into my life. I have been a bit depressed and find myself grazing a lot especially at work or when no one is around. Advice ?

Ok....went to my gym as I always do for my weight training class, this is where I do my official weekly weigh ins....it keeps me accountable. I have gained 10 pounds in the past 2 weeks!!!! HELP!!! I don’t know how or why this is happening. All I know is I want to die because this gain scares me so much. I can not gain this weight back. I am scared and don’t know what to do........

Look at what is happening in your life. Stress, emotions? Why eating at work? Engage a coworker for support. Plan yourself a moderate lunch and maybe a protein drink to sip on when the feelings return.
The operation is just a tool, the rest is your mental state. Good Luck!
