Hello! I am struggling this week with fatigue. I take my vitamins religiously, at my 3 month lab check results said I was even over vitamin-ing. I walk about 4 miles every morning on my walking pad and two days a week I do a MMA based fitness class. It roughs out to be burning an average of 3,069 calories a day. I meet my 80 grams of protein goals, sometimes even surpassing it into the 100s, but I am not going over an average of 900 calories in a day. I know I need to be better at my hydration, however over the weekend, I even went and got a wellness IV for a boost but this week is still kicking my behind. Am I not getting enough calories for my output? Should I find a Bari-based nutritionist/dietitian? Thoughts? Tips? Tricks? I am open for feedback.
