Almost 3 months out

I am almost three months out and i am not sure if i am on track with losing weight. i was 307 at surgery weight. i am at 270 now. I feel like i should be lower like 260. Or am I just over thinking it.

I'd say yes. Your progress is amazing. And you have the wisdom and willingness to make changes if you need to. You are AMAZING.

You are doing great! Try not to compare your progress to what you think it should be or to someone else's journey. Everyone's rate of weight loss is different and depends on things like starting weight, age, surgery type, activity level, and your body's own metabolism.

Look at the bigger picture. You're 37 pounds lighter than you were three months ago, and I know from experience that stepping on the scale and seeing that you finally dropped below 300 feels amazing! Keep doing what you're doing and stop overthinking!
