Hello, new to this page. I had Gastric Sleeve on 12/23/2019... I have lost 56 pounds since Dec, 74 since mid July. I'm doing OK so far, need to do more working out other than walking everyday.

Hey all - I'm in San Diego and just waiting for final insurance approval...anticipating surgery mid April. They have a support group at Scripps Hospital LaJolla that I attended this week - seemed like a good group - but sometimes it's not conducive to get there in person... looking forward to being part of this online community as I embark on this new journey! To those that have gone before me I welcome your wisdom, insight and support and to those that come after me I hope to provide the same

Hello I am also part of San Diego in Chula Vista. I had the RNY in Aug 2012. I just happened to find this wonderful site of people who had different weight lose surgeries like I did. We all can support each other her and be welcome in a safe community as we journey through.
