I had my surgery over 2 years ago and got stuck, then over the last 6 months I’ve gained 15 pounds. I got back on track today! Yesterday I meal prepped, set out all my clothes for the week and packed my gym bag. For me it’s all about planning and prepping. I can’t let myself get complacent or I start driving through fast food places and eating nothing but junk.
Maybe starting with a plan for the next few days will help get you back on track, we all have rough spots but we can get through them
