Bariatric trial non consent

Hi, any one in Salt Lake City hear about surgeons did a bariatric trial non consent no IRB for single anastomosis duodenal switch no standard VSG. 2014 My surgery i never got my anatomy doesn't reflect my surgical notes. My bowels don't move I'm not constipated. Any one else went for surgery and never got what you consent too. Thanks searching for answers
