Blood panel results

Got some of the results back from my blood panel and apparently my copper levels were 217 when the normal is 80-140...

So now another test to see if I have fatty liver or anything wrong with my liver before getting on with everything.... yay lol

Apparently it'll just be an ultrasound.

Going to try a liver healthy diet the next few weeks and avoid foods high in copper to see if it helps any. Don't want anything to stop me from getting this surgery!!

Apparently one cause is hypothyroidism and that runs in my family. Been on levothyroxene for it for years. So I'm ASSUMING that's the reason haha
