Considering a Conversion from Gastric to Duodenal Switch

Is there anyone that has had this conversion that I can chat with? Wanting to know someone's perspective on the process, results and anything that can help me with my decision. Original Gastric Bypass was about 16 years ago. My highest weight was 407 and I lost down to 204 in about one years time. Then slowly over the years I have gained back 100 pounds. I have now been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis of both knees and need knee replacement surgery on both but they will not even consider the surgery at my weight. Tryiing to get back to a healthy weight and feel better. Thank you for your comments and look forward to further interaction.

I have. The pouch reset does work. But before you do anything like this, ask your doc or nutritionist. It may not be right for your metabolism.
