I am six months out last week-- got my results in on my bloodwork from my dr's visit and everything looks good! I am down 77 lbs with 6 more to go. I had kidney stone surgery Monday and they left a stent in place that has been killing me. I think the stent has been more painful than my kidney stone, knee surgery and sleeve all combined! While I am still doing okay on my weight loss I am concerned because for the next 6 weeks I am not supposed to be "overly active". Nothing that would disturb the stent or dislodge it. I don't want to loose the progress I have made nor the habit I had started of daily exercise. Does anyone have easy adaptive exercise ideas that they might suggest? I can keep up with my walking, but am pretty sure that all my weights are out for now along with any core work.

Ouch! Sorry to hear you needed the kidney stone surgery and wish you a speedy recovery and less pain from the stent. I really don't know what to suggest except for the walking.

Good job on your weight loss!
