Extra skin and products to help

I woke up today pondering that very question. In terms of elasticity, if you were fit before, meaning if your muscles were toned, you can get that back. However if you, like me, are aging and have crepey, microscopic wrinkly skin Oh, I have no idea what to do about it. Please do your research and share it with us. If you do some sort of testing he would help us all immeasurably.
Will do and i will add it to this thread

I know when I had LapBand surgery 15 years ago, I wore spanx. I really think it helped with my belly, thighs, and rear end. I recently saw an advertisement for compression sleeves for your upper arms. I'm going to try those too, once I get the sleeve. It can't hurt. It's worth a try.

I was told in my first seminar was if you have a hernia, insurance company will pay for tummy tuck in addition to repair. Now this is California here. I do have Medicare and Medicaid . I will absolutely check into it. Keep you posted.

No more surgery for me(I don't want to be put to sleep again). I am going to the YMCA. I do wear compression tights,I would like to know more about the arm compression.

Group im starting to research products that might help with my skin elasticity so that it reduces the amount of skin I potentially have left after reaching my goal weight. Any feed back from the group on works and what to try?

I saw the advertisement for the arm sleeves on facebook, but they sell them on amazon. They're really reasonably priced.

I don’t know if any thing off hand but I did speak with a burn unit nurse years ago when I was thinking about having the surgery she was a friend of the family and she said that burn units will take the arm skin as a donation they don’t do you like plastic surgery and make sure that the incisions are perfect when they put it back together but they will take the extra skin

Oh that is awesome to find out because I would be very interested in doing that once I’m done losing weight because I’m not able to exercise very much myself and I wasn’t sure because I know like I said that was probably 25-30 years ago I heard that so thanks so much
