I do. I'm almost 8 weeks out now and I have eaten Chicken, fish, beef and ham. The beef goes down easiest when I make beef stew. Nice juicy chunks. Chicken is fine for me as well as long as it's juicy. I got a rotisserie chicken and had the meat off it plain, then made chicken soup the next night with what the fam didn't eat, really good. Salmon was great, just don't overcook it and pay extra attention to bones! Small bites!

Yeah I have tried to eat a few different meats and nothing really stays down and I dont over cook it , its always tender an juicy and I chew it very well ,

I'm going on 2 months an a week out from surgery and I wanna know how many people are still able to eat meat and hold it down?
I have trouble with chicken and turkey still, almost 4 months post op. I can eat ground beef without any problems. I have also just been able to eat a toasted English muffin, that was yummy although I know it’s not meat! Lol

An english muffin sounds great Julie, I'm jealous. Still can't tolerate any kind of bread. Which I guess is both a blessing and a curse. ;)
