Frustrated and Scared

Hi! I am new here and I am trying to get approval for the sleeve. I have heart issues and a bad hip. I smoke and I am trying my best to quit and make healthier eating choices. ITS HARD!! These past three months I have been working with the nutritionist and I have really liked the homework. BUT like alot of people I am struggling. I drink water now, which i was NOT a fan of. Coke and Pepsi and Tea all have water!! I am working to change my eating habits but....anyway I just wanted to say Hi!

Congrats on trying to quit smoking. That will definitely make a difference! I hope all your appointments go well! It took myself about 4.5 months after seeing alm the Specialists for clearance! Sometimes, Insurance companies can make it hard, but its for your good! Don't be discouraged! I wish you all the best on your process! Keep going! It will be worth it!
