Dr. just prescribed nausea meds and said it can be re-attached. Anyone had this problem? Can't seem to lose any more weight either....is sleeve then not working anymore due to this? He acted like this was no big deal??? Linda

Hey Linda, this is definitely a big deal. Is this doctor the same one that performed your surgery? If so, have they scheduled your reattachment? Also, if your esophagus is no longer attached to your stomach/sleeve/pouch it is impossible for you to lose weight as your system is no longer working for proper digestion. This sounds like you need Emergency Surgery - please run to get a second opinion asap!
