Gastric sleeve on August 22

Nervous about the surgery but holding up I got the news last night . News was out of the blue and so quick no 8 to 10 week warning I had just completed all the requirements in Dr. Approvals eggs blood tests ect I met with dietitian today with a hurried appointment for 11 am today. I start my diet for preoperative today . My head is still spinning from the hurried surgery date

Good luck! As long as you feel ready, you'll be okay. It might be a good thing to be on the expedited route because it can really put you in prep mode to help your body.
