Hi there. Just joined. I’m having a hard time with rebound weight. I need all the support I can get. I’ve rained back 20 pounds and need to get it off and get back on track. My life has been extremely stressful for the last 6 months so I have lost track and motivation. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks so much.

Welcome! You've already identified something important: the weight gain happened during an extremely stressful period in your life. That doesn't mean you've failed, it means you're human.

Can you make a "What was I doing when I was successful?" list from the time period when your weight was stable? Sometimes people discover they've drifted from routines such as tracking food, prioritizing protein, drinking enough water, or planning meals, that worked for years without realizing it. Rather than trying to fix everything at once, maybe pick one habit this week and focus on that. Small changes tend to be much more sustainable and less overwhelming than trying to do a complete overhaul overnight.
