What is your calorie intake for the pre-op diet and post-op diet? I know my dietitian said it will drop to 600 to 800. But I just looked at my logs for the past couple of days because I have been really doing the portion strict thing right now and I notice I was only hitting around 700 calories. Is that normal. I am not on the pre-op diet yet. My date has not been set. I was just wondering.
