My social anxiety is at a peek right now. Tonight is my Christmas Eve celebration with my huge extended family. While it's great to see a lot of my loved ones, it's literally wall to wall people and of course some who gossip and whisper behind your back. I'm sure the talk will be yeah, she's loosing weight now but she'll gain it all back in no time. And the old standby, the talk of why I can't get a man. No wonder I drank, hehe. 
I know it's common to be a ball of nerves this time of year, even when things are going well. I'm with all of you struggle with this!

- I attract only healthy relationships
- I love my family members just as they are, I do not try to change anyone
- I do not have to prove myself to anyone
- The more peaceful I am inside, the more peace I have to share with others
- Today, no person, place, or thing can irritate or annoy me, I choose to be at peace
