I made it through my surgery but it was rough afterwards

I made it through my surgery on Monday. Very sick the first day. Threw up all day due to the morphine. Dry heaves this am. Was up all nite peeing every hour on the hour due to the IV fluids. Today is better, they changed my pain meds to Percocet and I'm getting clear liquids now. Bob (husband) and his mom and dad surprised me with beautiful flowers. Hope to go home today but don't know yet.

What pretty flowers! I'm glad the surgery is behind you and hope you feel better soon and get to go home today. Remember each day you will feel a little bit better. Take it easy and nap as much as you can while you are recuperating.
