Interesting fact

How many people count their steps on here. I have had to switch my goal twice just time week because I keep on getting higher then my set goal. My doctor had it set at 3000. With being 600lbs that was hard at times. But here lately I have been going past that. So this past saturday I moved it up to 4000 thinking ok it will be a little bit more of a challenge. I passed it will in the hour of setting it up. So I was thinking about setting it up again but I am worried I am pushing my self a little bit to hard. I have been able to move a little more since those 10 lbs came off but I am afraid I am not getting enough sleep. I try to go to sleep after the younger two goes out but it is like it never works out. If I don't take a shower before bed I feel dirty but when I do take a shower I feel energized. But back on topic I was wondering how often should you change you goal for your steps? Should I wait for another week or so. Or should I go ahead and do it now. Even if my body hurts after all of the walking I did.
