Feel better 3mom and I sure hope it isn't Covid.
I’m negative, thank goodness. I think it’s from all the cleaning and organizing I’ve been doing. Stirring up the dust can do that to me.

I did not track my food at all. All weekend

Movement yes a lot a hike each day and helping redo a bathroom. I will say breaking the bathroom apart is hard work but kind of fun too.
