I'm almost 5 years out and now im gaining weight back. I absolutely know it's what I eat and how much. Im struggling with mindless eating.

Can you make an appointment either with your surgeon or a dietician? They would be able to help you get on track again. Maybe one of
the weight loss shots would help.

I made an appointment with my bariatric doctor for the 14th. I can't afford the shots as not covered by my insurance. It's 350 for just one month of shots
