Just saying hello to everyone

Hi just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I am grateful for this support forum. I have already gotten so much information to help me on my weight loss journey. I will be 60 yrs old tomorrow the good Lord bless me to see it and I believe He will! I am extremely overweight (365) highest weight (371). I have several health issues mainly respiratory failure (on oxygen 24/7 & non-invasive ventilator @ night). I am scheduled for pre-op & pre-op testing appointments on March 16th & surgery on March 30th. I am both excited and slightly stressed. In spite of the health issues I am an optimistic person and believe my journey, however long it takes will be successful especially with the help and support of all of you nice and well informed individuals here. Thanks so much for accepting my request! Thanks also for your testimonials, it is so encouraging

Happy Birthday Nannee! Welcome to our group and congratulations on a new beginning at the young age of 60! I am 66, had the surgery last year and I haven't felt this good in years!!!
