Has anyone had major bloating, and gas all over between shoulder blades? I have also vomited from the gas pain

Today I got out of the shower and my neck and shoulders were killing me I was also pretty week.im guessing this is normal after about 5 days after surgery.Keep walking and sipping i found out it helps

You’re welcome I forgot to mention I’m 5 days out from surgery so I also have pain medicine and that too helps

I know after drinking protein shakes I get bloated and full. Not a good feeling especially when you know you need to get more protein in

You’re so lucky I was up all night burping and a couple of times vomiting.Tired weak don’t want to do anything. But I know I gotta sip sip sip and walk walk walk

I think I drank my last protein shake too fast and I ended up dumping and burping.Im afraid to drink the Premiere shakes now

It takes a little time to get used to the new slower way of drinking and eating. Eventually it becomes habit! It feels like a chore now but it will get easier I kept a protein shake in fridge and sipped on it periodically during the day in the beginning. Just think, that day was a guaranteed 30 grams of protein even if I did nothing else.
