Medicare announced Tuesday (11/29/11) it will pay for screenings and preventive services to help recipients curb obesity and the medical ailments associated with it, primarily heart disease, strokes and diabetes.

Medicare's flipping the bill for my gastric bypass surgery. That's the only way I could have had it done. I'm on disability and receiving medicare and medicaid.
