Hello all! I need some help. I’m three weeks post VSG & I’m recovering well but I am absolutely sick of all the pre-made protein drinks out there.
Do any of you have any recipes for a high-protein drink without adding any protein powder? I’m not opposed to the powder but I can really pick up the taste/texture when I’ve used it before. Also, I have no food allergies so I can have peanut butter which I know is popular in protein drinks.
