Nervous about Recovery

What were everyone’s recovery experiences after gastric sleeve like? I’m getting nervous about how much time I’ll need to take off. How long did you stay in the hospital, and how long before you felt like you could start exercising again? When did you feel like you had your energy back?

Hey there! I'm scheduled for my sleeve on July 1st. My provider told me up to three weeks off work, but everyone is different. I've read some go back to work in a day or two.
