Haha, I've even popped bubble wrap.Welcome! Knowing what triggers you have is definitely helpful in combating the regain. It is impossible to always be busy. I did come across one person on another group that ended up using her son's fidget spinner to keep her hands busy and off food when she was in boring situations. She found that it worked by accident one day - inexpensive item to try?
I also find myself less hungry during the summer because of the heat. I don’t like to eat when I’m hot, so I end up drinking a lot more water. For me, I avoid the daytime grazing by getting outside and either working in the yard or going for a walk in the neighborhood. I'm retired so I have options not everyone has. If you are at home and grazing, find a task that keeps your hands busy, inside or outside. The advantage of yard work is an increase in exercise and reduction in eating, a twofer!!
