Hi,

I had my surgery back in 2019, did wonderful, but then life happened. I have lost controlled, almost regained all the weight back. I am trying to find my self again and see what options I have.

So I guess I'm hopefull, and glad I came across this group!

I'm glad you found this group. It might be helpful to return to the basics, and following the steps that made you successful in the first place.

• Track food for a week without judgment, just gather data (Use an app like MyFitnessPal or Baritastic)
• Measure portions
• Return to the "protein first" rule
• Evaluate hydration
• Reduce liquid calories
• Limit grazing between meals and slider foods

The good news is that you have been successful at losing weight before which means you have that in you and can do it again!
