Hi I am brand new to this site. I had my gastric sleeve done on Monday June 10th. Was just hoping to talk to someone about the brand new things i am feeling.

Welcome to the board. I had RNY back in October and would be happy to talk with you about the WLS journey you are on. Just let me know what questions you have. Best thing I can say now is sip sip sip and try to get as much of your protein in as possible. Don't get discouraged if you can't, most of us couldn't get it all in at first either. Good Luck and keep us informed.
