Hi All! I’m getting my gastric bypass surgery at the end of July. Thought I’d start a conversation so I can get support on my upcoming journey.

Good luck with your surgery. The hardest part for me was the first three days of the liver-shrinking diet before surgery. Once you get over that, it should be fine. If you drink coffee, I would recommend weaning yourself from it before the diet. Just my opinion. I did not realize what a caffeine addict I had been

Keep positive..... Do exactly what they tell you. I never even need a pain medication it went so well. Keep in touch with your exact date. Thinking of you
