No weight loss for the last 3 weeks - HELP!

Hello everyone I'm new here, just signed up 5 minutes ago. My sleeve surgery will be a month ago on the 9th. Everything went well and I lost 12 pounds the first week after surgery then it just stopped. I haven't lost or gained anything in the past three weeks. I called my nutritionist and she said more protein and calories. I'm getting 60+ grams of protein a day from my shake. Now the calories are harder to obtain. I'm eating 3 meals a day with snacks in between but it's REALLY hard to add more when I'm full or just not hungry. I'm really worried that I had the surgery and I still can't loose the weight. What can I do to get the weight loss started again?

I had my surgery in 10/17. I have lost 63 lbs, but the past 4 weeks I have “played” with 4 lbs up and down. I am soooo frustrated.

Doing the protein, water, vitamin thing. No weight loss. Really trying with calorie intake, but hard to eat enough .... who ever thought I would say that.... while I am not an excercise person, I have been much more active recently. Arthritis and fibromyalgia are my enemies.

A friend who had the sleeve 4 years ago and has lost over 250 lbs, suggested B12, sub- lingual along with multi vitamins. I just started yesterday, I am hopeful. However, what are the options? One foot front of the other

Yes, there are options. B-12 comes in a shot once every 3 months, or a nasal spray once a week, or in gummy form from Vita Fusion, which is what I take daily with my vitamins as I was forgetting to use my weekly spray! So with protein at 85+ grams, water at 64+ oz. and vitamins, you are probably not hungry ever, I am not either! Sleeve is usually slow and steady with a few plateaus. Sometimes when this happens, your body is actually adjusting inches and the lbs. stay in place. I would suggest calling your doc just to see if they have a suggestion. Keep up the good work! I exercise in the water, no soreness, I hope you can find that option, it is best for arthritis and fibromyalgia patients! the exercise would jump start your weight loss again if you can find a place. Best wishes and welcome to the group! :)

Thank you so much for your response. I can’t wait for summer when I can go to our pool every day. You comment regarding inches vs. pounds is helpful and true, I think. Noticed clothes bigger etc. B-12, sublingual seems to be helping with energy.
