No wonder I couldn't get to 64 oz without drowning

My water bottle got somewhat nasty, so I replaced it with a similar one. Since the switch, 48 oz was easy, but 64 was downright hard. After several weeks, I measured the bottle. My old one was 16 oz. This one is 24 oz! Instead of trying to get 64 oz, I was unwittingly getting nearly 100!!! No wonder I was drowning!

There is no magic number when it comes to how much water you need to drink. 64oz is just a suggestion. I personally drink from a 42oz bottle. But I put 17oz of ice in it. And I usually refill it once, so I drink about 70oz-75oz of H2O while at work. And then I drink an additional 40oz-50oz while at home. So my grand total is 110oz-125oz of water a day. But that's what my body requires, because I am always, always, always thirsty. And I have always been this way. Even as a kid, I always drank a lot. And that's not even counting fruits and vegetables I eat that contain a lot of water in them.
