problems with narrowing

I had rouex-en-y in June, 2022. everything was good, till i was able to eat food (4-6 weeks post surgery). to make a long story short, i had the white foamies (threw up my own saliva) for approximately 5 weeks, day and night. feeding tube was put in so i could get liquids in my body. they found out i had a narrowing just past my new pouch (stomach) which would not allow anything down. stents were put in and taken out many times, dilation was done numerous times, but to no avail. they did a complete reversal March of 2024 (this year), and now i have a narrowing in my esophagus, just before it goes to my stomach. not sure if this is suture or staple related or something else. i have another feeding tube back in my, but at this time i am able to get fluids down, just no foods, not even runny grits or oatmeal. looking for ideas. thank you all in advance for any advice, input. best of luck to you all.
