Hmm, I didn't do lettuce wraps but was able to do salads at 3 months so I would think that would be about the same time.

My daughters just some today from scratch. I was able to tolerate then ok. I have been eating salads for about a week.
I didn’t thank wrapping something health in the lettuce would make a difference,and it don’t

I do that for a BLT and it is so delicious! I wasn't allowed to eat lettuce until I made it to month 3.
