Hello everyone, so my name is Stephanie I have recently had my vsg surgery on June 10 2026. I am doing ok but just need some guidance just a nervous wreck and don't want to do the wrong thing. Mentally it really is a lot. I'm so happy I did it and I can't wait for a better healthier life. I just feel alone really through it all.

Welcome, Stephanie. What exactly are you afraid you might do wrong? You've already done the hard part!

I'm sorry you feel alone. Does that mean you don't have friends and family who can offer you support?
