Hi everyone, my name is Jean. I had gastric bypass on March 17th,2026. So I'm about a little over a month post op. 5 weeks to be exact.

This has been Challenging to say the least. I think we always think we are ready for these surgeries but let's be real with one another until you actually go through the surgeries it's a lot harder than we think it will be. Training our bodies to do new things and eat new ways. But I'm doing it and so are all of you.
I can hardly wait to get my self confidence back. It's been torn down by so many people and I'm ready to start building it back up. I'm living for me now. This is my journey and my second chance to keep myself here for longer for my family and friends. I'm here for all and any of you that need me anytime. We've all got this. Love you all
