This has to be addressed before. But I didn’t find it. I have stalled. I’m wondering if this is normal. From what I’ve researched, I’m thinking it happens. Does anyone have suggestions? Exeriances, or their story of how to get passed this.?
 
I’m actually not eating everything. I said I can eat anything I want if I chew it very well, and take small bites. I’m not doing that though. I do at least one meal replacement with a protein shake. A can of chilli, slowly eaten, maybe a cheese stick. And a very small amount of dinner with protein, and very very small amount of carbs and fat. I’m keeping right around 1,000 calories a day. Plus I just joined a gym and am working out somewhat. My biggest struggle is drinking enough water.

Have you tried Hint water? It was suggested by one of our other members, ttyson (thank you!!!) and I love it. I've always liked water so plain isn't an issue for me but this would probably help folks who don't care for plain water.
