I’m actually not eating everything. I said I can eat anything I want if I chew it very well, and take small bites. I’m not doing that though. I do at least one meal replacement with a protein shake. A can of chilli, slowly eaten, maybe a cheese stick. And a very small amount of dinner with protein, and very very small amount of carbs and fat. I’m keeping right around 1,000 calories a day. Plus I just joined a gym and am working out somewhat. My biggest struggle is drinking enough water.
