Surgery Date 12/3!!

I am so nervous. Yesterday, I felt my stomach drop from anxiety. Like am I doing the right thing? I know I am, but the doubt is creeping in. Give me some 2 days out advice if you have it. Thanks in advance.

completely normal to feel like that right before surgery, i couldn't sleep the nights leading up to my surgery. Just focus on what is in your control at this point. The doctors and surgeons know what they're doing, so just stick to doing what you're supposed to be doing and you're going to be looking back on this and being so happy to have started this next chapter of life
