I cant believe its been 1 year today from gastric sleeve! I'm down 120lbs, I feel amazing. This is the best I've felt and the healthiest I have been in 15 years. I have had lots of support from family and friends, and they are the best.

That is AMAZING! Congratulations! I'm not quite where you are yet but even being 84 lbs down, I feel amazing. I know that this feeling is what means the world to me and if you are anything like me, you will do whatever is necessary to keep that feeling and not go back to old habits.
