I agree with Frank. Trust the program, Get in your protein and water. Follow your menus. Weigh and measure about once a week ONLY. You can gain 3 pounds overnight believe it or not and not have done anything wrong. Also get in your exercise every day. Good luck as you continue. It looks like you lost 30 pounds in three weeks, can't do much better than that and your body may need to just catch up. Follow the program and the weight will come off, it won't always be ten pounds a week.
