I decided to lay off the skim milk. I was having it with my cream soups. thought that might be the problem. It is a little better today. I have been having a hard time lately getting in everything, just because of the gas pressure. I see the dr. tomorrow so hopefully he has some answers.

I had that in the hospital! It was horrible!! I was in more pain from that than the surgery itself. For me, it just finally started to ease up. I tried to burp alot to get it out. Admittedly, I would take a sip (and I mean sip) of a coke just to try to burp more. Good luck! I've been having such a rough time getting in protein and I am so weak.

Hi cook glad to hear from you, been wondering how your doing. Yes i had my surgery the 14th as well had a few problems with bleeding from one of the incision sites but that got better .your on full liquids? They sent me home on pureed but nothing really is appetizing and the protein shakes have neen a challenge not sure if its tast or texture but i have force them down.so glad to hear your doing well

Thank you for the welcome. Because of insurance I have to wait 6 mos before having surgery and the 17th of Dec. will be 2 mos down 4 to go. I have started to look around for all the information I can find and for support. Good luck with your surgery. You will be an ole pro before I have mine.
