Hi everyone!!
I was 323 starting my journey 5 years ago. The lowest I ever got was 196. Now I am back up to 250. I am disappointed . I know what I did wrong, I keep getting these food jags. First it was peanuts, then it went to Lil muffins crumb cakes and wintergreen peppermint all day long. I know I can do this, I did do this. My mind is not letting me!! How do I break this cycle and go back to protein shakes and a good dinner NO CARBS! I also can barely get a glass of water in a dau, I get sick. PLEASE HELP!!

You are down 73 pounds! Focus on what you did to get there. That is an accomplishment and you are in a better place than 5 years ago. Losing weigh is hard, it is not a straight downward path, there are lots of ups and downs. I have to keep the type of snacks you mentioned out of my house, because if they are available I will eat them. I don't even have to be hungry, just knowing they are in the pantry is enough for me. Have you tried the remix yogurts (Dannon and Oikos)? They are a small sweet snack but the crunchy bits and high protein really help satisfy my cravings. I had to break the cycle by just jumping in feet first, don't overthink it. Clean out the snacks, order some shakes and set a date to start. Setting a start date gives both mental and physical prep time. Remember how good you felt about yourself after you started this 5 years ago and with some planning you can get back to that feeling.

I agree it is hard. I've been struggling lately too. Someone once said to look at it as a couple of days not a forever change. I think that helps.
The concern I have is about the water making you sick. I would try small frequent sips with no straws. I do better with cold water and not warm water. If nothing is helping I would definitely talk with your doctor.
