abdominal binders????

Hey folks, I'm exactly 2 weeks pre-op today and trying to be sure I don't have to go to the store on the way home from the hospital! Has anyone used an abdominal binder? It seems like the support would be good, and they are used for some other surgeries, but my nurse said some folks do and some don't. Any experience? Where did you get a big one?

Not sure what that is. I had my surgery Monday and so far the post op feel is very similar to the Caesarian I had 9 years ago. At that time some women would use a maternity belt to hold stomache up. So my short answer is try a maternity store .

I loved my binder for the first week or so. They provided it for me at the hospital, so I wouldn't bother purchasing your own.
