One word of caution. As I moved to the 2-3 month mark, I was getting exhausted in the late afternoon/early evening. The nutritionist had me up the calories to about 1200. That slowed down the weight loss, but I had plenty of energy into the evening. Now, at the 5 month mark, she has me pushing 1500 calories a day as long as I keep up the exercise. Some days I don't get the chance to walk, so I lower the food intake, other days I up the walking and need more energy. Listen to your body and make adjustments that work for you.
