Calorie Intake

I'm averaging 1200-1800 daily depending on my activity level and hunger. I'm using MyFitnessPal app with a 1500 goal.

Only 600-700 daily? Wow, you should be shredding the pounds. 30 lbs in 2 months is awesome though; likely your body is in starvation revolt and you got some heavy hormone/chemical swings going on maybe even starting to store water. Are you drinking enough? How is your energy level? Are you doing any exercise i.e. walking a mile or two daily? If not, it really really helps on so many mental levels and so worth putting in that effort. Hang in there.
 
One word of caution. As I moved to the 2-3 month mark, I was getting exhausted in the late afternoon/early evening. The nutritionist had me up the calories to about 1200. That slowed down the weight loss, but I had plenty of energy into the evening. Now, at the 5 month mark, she has me pushing 1500 calories a day as long as I keep up the exercise. Some days I don't get the chance to walk, so I lower the food intake, other days I up the walking and need more energy. Listen to your body and make adjustments that work for you.
