help me ugh protein shake

I did a Google search for 'protein tablets' because I have the same issue. I can drink my own concoctions with protein powder and fruit and I can drink the Clear 20mg of protein drink but the shakes are a 'hold your nose to get down'. Sure glad I'm still on not more that 1/4 cup at a time. I've ordered the protein tablets and will let you know how they work.

I can not stomach shakes I puke right after or trying to get it down what can I do are there tablet forms? Help pe say if I don't get protein ill loose my gair

Are you drinking ready to use shakes or making your own?

You can try unflavored protein to mix into drinks of whatever flavor you want or other foods. Once you can start expanding what you eat, it can get easier to get the protein from other sources. I rarely have protein drinks now, although I do have an occasional protein bar as a snack.

No matter what you do, you are going to lose some hair. There is no way that you can consume two or three times more protein or gelatin or whatever to feed to your nails so that they will get strong and long.

But here are some protein shake recipes. I use the Premier Protein shakes and add other stuff to change the texture and flavor. It's all in this post, as well as a recipe for egg foo yung which is a really nice soft food when you get to that stage.

Ty so much fir thus info

Also, you can just continue drinking clear protein. I don't think you HAVE to switch to shakes. But I could be wrong. There are clear proteins out there that have lots of protein (Isopure Zero Carb has 40 per 20oz bottle). I add the powder to batches of overnight oatmeal and pudding so that I get a boost. I'll add the recipes, even though they're basic to the recipe forum.

Please keep me posted on the tablet development. Since surgery it takes me 2 days for1 shake.

I hate the taste of protein shakes and hate to spend the time blending it and cleaning up after. I am a big fan of the Fairlife Chocolate 26g, Fairlife Nutrition 30g and 42 g protein drinks that are ready to drink. I had tried the Premier Protein but it tasted too much like a regular protein shake.
