HELP Vitamins are making me sick

I am on my 3rd type of vitamins since my surgery and every time I take the multivitamins they make me throw up within 2 minutes. I had the sleeve done on 9/15/2020. This last kind was a soft chew so I was really hopeful but guess what! I feel so tired all the time and I know the vitamins would help. The only thing that does not make me sick is the gummy vitamins, however my Dr has advised not to take them as supposedly I will not absorb the nutrients from them. Has anyone else had this issue and if so did anything work???

I can't take any chewables. They make me nauseated. I take Celebrate multi-vitamin capsules. They don't make me nauseated or throw up. Talk to your surgical team - see if they can suggest something to take. Good luck - I hope you can find a vitamin you can tolerate.

Are you taking your vitamins with food? I can't take them without a meal. Just thought I'd check if that was the case.

Oh WOW! Never heard of Patch MD.
I just had my 3rd month check up and the vitamins combo was on the top of my list to talk about. I have been having such a hard time with vitamins. If I take them them I’m burping them up ALL day and feel horrible and I don’t eat or drink anything For the day because it makes it worse.
I have tried fusion , BA and three others and OMG for me I just can’t. Before surgery I was taking vita fusion woman’s gummy. He gave me a little lesson... he said you don’t have to take Bariatric vitamins. He said that Drs offices try to promote them because they get a kick back from the reps.
he said that I need to take whatever will stay down and not repeat itself on me. So I went back to the gummy and it has been a dream taking my vitamins

My first day taking them I threw up. I did not have anything in my stomach. I have to drink a little bit of a protein shake to take them and have had no problem since. Don’t take them on an empty stomach.
